Shopping Basket Empty!

• To shop at Diamond Tech, you must have a web browser that supports "cookies" and these cookies must be enabled. If this is not the case, your shopping basket will stay empty, because cookies are needed to keep track of what you have added to your shopping basket. Most recent versions of Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer support cookies. AOL versions 3.0 and higher include browsers that support cookies. If you are using an older browser, you may need to download a more recent browser to shop online.

• Some office networks have "proxy servers" or "firewalls" that can interfere with shopping at Diamond Tech. If you are trying to order from your place of work and are having problems, please contact your Network Administrator.

• To put something in your shopping basket, start by searching our stock, by browsing lapidary products, gemological tools, gemstone packaging categories or by looking into our loose gemstones recommendations. When an item interests you, press the "add to basket" or "buy" button.

• If you know the item part #, you may quickly add this item or multiply items to your shopping basket.

• When you have finished adding items to your shopping basket, press the "basket" icon (in the top right hand corner of every page of our website).

• If you prefer to wait until another day to buy some of the items, press the "save for later" button or save those items from the shopping basket.
